Essence

The definition of Essence is described as the quality that constitutes the true nature of anything.  It is the fundamental nature or most central core of our being.  When we live from our Essence we live in sync with our true self.  Essence is authentic, natural, creative, and in-the-moment. When a person lives from their essence their awareness and aliveness levels are elevated. Essence is your heart-felt desires in action. Essence is living the life you want to live in harmony with your true self.

Essence Therapy

Essence Therapy recognizes the direct influences that thought patterns and associated emotions, lifestyles, environment and traumas have on our mind-body chemistry. They appear as unique energy patterns that can be identified and changed by Essence Therapy. The aim of Essence Therapy is to treat and change the underlying energetic cause of the issues so that you can create the life you desire.

It is a healing system that releases energetic blockages on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels; and is an integrative approach involving mind-body therapy and holistic counselling/mentorship.

Essence Therapy is based on the premise that our thoughts create our reality.  When you feel good you are thinking good thoughts.  This has a positive effect because these good feelings and thoughts create good life experiences.  If you are feeling bad you witness these bad feelings in experiences by seeing the same negative things happening over and over again.

Understanding and mastering your thoughts and feelings is a source of power.  This power is your Essence.  When you're feeling good, then you are creating a future that's on track with your desires.  Essence Therapy assists you in this mastery.

"The ability to change my experiences and have them result in happiness, prosperity, and success lies in my own mind and my use of it."  - Ernest Holmes
